Refund policy
Asa West Designs operates a 7 day returns policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from makeup or stains with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@asawestdesigns.com. We we will then provide you with a returns address. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
When requesting an exchange, please note at this present time we are only able to offer exchanges for items of the same value or less. Once approved you will be refund the difference in the product cost where applicable.
Please note you will be responsible for return shipping fees. If the item is damaged the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their own cost.
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective upon receipt or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Processing
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, please note this may take 2 working days to process. Once the return is processed you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank to process this payment. For exchanges you’ll be sent the requested exchange item once we have received the item, if items are out of stock we will issue you a Credit Note to be used within 365 days of issuance.
